Our offices are located inside all three PEAK Health and Wellness Centers.

Being located within PEAK, offers many unique advantages:

• You and your physical therapist have access to the PEAK fitness equipment during your scheduled physical therapy appointments.
• We have the opportunity to work with the great staff and trainers of the PEAK family.
• If you are already a member of the PEAK Health and Wellness Center community, your physical therapist will set you up with a program
• If you are not a member of PEAK, our patients are offered the opportunity to join with a special discount on membership. Contact the nearest PEAK for more information.
